2. To what extent are these the impressions you want them to form? If you want to make changes, what aspects of your appearance are both reasonable to change and can have a big impact? (2 MC CPD Points)
3. Put in place the changes you think will make a difference. Notice people’s responses to you over the next two or three weeks. (2 MC CPD Points)
4. At the end of the 2-3 weeks, reflect on what you have noticed and learned. Are there more changes you want to make? (2 MC CPD Points)
