RECOMMENDED EXERCISE
======================
1. review the 8 structured response formats. Which ones look like they will work for you, in the kind of situations you find yourself at work? Make a note of them in your notebook, where you’ll be able to access them easily. (2 MC CPD Points)
2. Practice your skills. Think back to a recent occasion when you needed to make an important point clearly, succinctly, and with impact. Write out how you could make that point using one of the 8 structured response formats. Spend some time revising it and maybe trying out another format. (3 MC CPD Points)
3. On the next three chances you get to attend a meeting and contribute a significant point, structure your response to one of the formats. How did it go? (3×2 MC CPD Points)
