Attending Meetings – Using Projector and Slides Effectively

When you attend a meeting, you may need to make a presentation using a projector and slides. Everyone knows how to use a projector. But using and projector and slides well is another thing. In this video, I’ll show you how.

In fact, I will demonstrate the specific technique I use as a platform (keynote) speaker and trainer.

The two aspects to using a projector and slides effectively are:
1. Preparing your slides
– keep them simple and well-designed
2. Using the projector
– there’s a specific technique

1. Borrow a projector and practice using the technique I demonstrate (2 MC CPD Points)
2. Reflect on which elements of slide design and preparation you are good at and which you need to focus on. Note them down for step 3. (2 MC CPD Points)
