LESSON NOTES
=============
In this video I focus on three ways I commonly see professional people leaking authority and losing their gravitas:
1. Poor use of the space around you
2. Sending weak signals because you are not mindful in your body language
3. Unhelpful… umm… verbal habits

RECOMMENDED EXERCISE
======================
Continue your Personal Confidence Log from the last videos:
1. Week 1: Notice your use of space in one-on-one and lager meetings. Deliberately adjust your use of space. At the end of the week, reflect on your observations and progress. (2 MC CPD Points)
2. Week 2: Focus on confident, positive body language. At the end of the week, reflect on your observations and progress. (2 MC CPD Points)
3. Week 3: Focus on your verbal habits. Notice any unhelpful habits and start to catch yourself and use silence instead. At the end of the week, reflect on your observations and progress. (2 MC CPD Points)
