Correlation does not imply causation

Key Benefits
– Improved Relationships
– Workplace Performance
– Negotiating Skills
– Leadership Efficacy
– Mental health and general well-being

As with all psychology and social science, rigorous controlled and repeatable experimentation is hard to conduct. And demonstrating causation is harder still. However, it seems likely that there will be benefits but, even if there are few or none, there are unlikely to be any downsides.

= = RECOMMENDED EXERCISE
1. Which of these benefits is likely to have the greatest impact on you? (1 MC CPD Points)
2. What other benefits might you expect, for yourself? (2 MC CPD Points)
