Likeableness is a mix of physical and emotional traits that you can foster in yourself. The key ones are:
– looking as good as you can
– being courteous
– using people’s names
– being animated
– warmth
– finding points of similarity
– becoming a familiar part of people’s lives

Continue your Personal Confidence Log from the last videos:
1. Practice your likeableness. Each week fo the next 4 weeks, pick one aspect to work on, and practice building it into every interaction with anyone. (4+2 MC CPD Points)
2. At the end of the four weeks, make some notes about what you notice in your Personal Confidence Log. Decide whether to continue to work actively on this over the coming weeks, and make a new plan. (3 MC CPD Points)
