Overload is the tough one. 3 strategies to deal with overload:
1. Increase the resources you have available
2. Increase the amount of time available
3. Reduce the amount of work to do

Increase resources
• delegate to additional people
• process improvement or automation
• spend money on ready-made solutions

Increase the time available
• Negotiate extensions to your deadlines.

Reduce the amount of work to do
Either reduce the quantity or quality of your work.
