🗒️ RECOMMENDED EXERCISE
The first part of this exercise is critical. Use your knowledge and experience to focus on noticing the earliest possible signs of rising conflict. Then, use your judgment to determine whether and when to intervene. If you do decide to intervene, take a little time to prepare; reviewing what you have learned from this video. Then take the steps you decide upon. But, of course, remain alert for shifts that mean you need to adjust your approach. Focus on noticing and managing your emotional state and those of the people in conflict. Afterward, take some time to reflect on what you learned from the experience. (10 MC CPD Points)
