NLP Meta Programs: How we See the World

In an earlier video, I talked about the filters in our brains that shape our interpretations of the world around us. But which bits of our experience do we delete, distort, and generalize? And which do we focus on? Meta Programs are the mental processes that direct our attention. They are habits for how we think about the world we see.

Watching this video is worth 4 Management Courses CPD Points*.
