There are three forms of powerful personal impact and all of them carry high levels of confidence. These are: Presence, Charisma, and Gravitas. But what are they and what are the differences?

Presence: People will notice you are there and take note of you
Charisma: People will be drawn to you – and want to be with you
Gravitas: People will want to listen to you and take your advice
