We know that good performance feedback can help us grow, develop, and improve. But we don’t find it easy to ask for it. In this video, I’ll tell you how to ask for feedback.

LESSON NOTES
1. Choose the people that you will ask, carefully
2. Select an appropriate time to ask them
3. Ask them in a way that allows them to say no.
4. Be clear what feedback you are after – set the boundaries…
– For your benefit – you want to focus
– For their benefit, so they know it’s a constrained requirement and also so they can prepare well.

1. A simple exercise: find someone to ask for feedback. Pick your time. And ask them. (3 MC CPD Points)
