Team Leadership in the performance stage of the group lifecycle is, ideally, Servant Leadership.
So, your priorities are:

• Maintaining the environment where they can thrive:
o Material and knowledge resources
o Access to people and decision-making
o Pay and rations
o Pleasant context

• Protection from distractions
• Motivational recognition and celebration
• Opportunities to learn, perform, excel

• Mediating and arbitrating
