Start prioritizing now. Take a look at your entire workload - everything you will or may need to do in the coming days (and weeks, maybe). Select an approach to prioritization from the video, and apply it ruthlessly to prioritize all you work. Now, you may want to start to schedule it, on the basis of your priorities and any fixed commitments. When you are done, take a short time to consider how the process went. Were you happy with the method you chose? If so, how can you optimize it? If not, which approach will you try out next time? (10 MC CPD Points)
